Returns Policy
Returns may be requested with 3 days of receipt of the item.
Permission to Return
We will accept return of merchandise only if it is in original, saleable condition, or if there is a defect with the product. Permission to return goods must be obtained in advance, and once approved a return authorisation will be allocated. No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorisation. If the return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label along with shipping instructions. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund or Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will issue a refund to your bank account. This may take several days for the banks and payment processing platforms to complete.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Exceptions
Perishable products and sale items are excluded from this Returns Policy.
