Genuine Tunisian Harissa Paste 70gm

Harissa is a fiery chilli paste from Tunisia in North Africa traditionally used alongside couscous but also useful to add to soups, stews and sauces in general. You can also rub this paste onto a breast of chicken - add some finely chopped coriander sprinkled on top for good results. Though regional recipes vary, the main ingredients used in harissa paste are hot chillies, garlic, coriander, ras el hanout, olive oil and harissa is now widely associated with most North African cooking including Morocco.
